We make every effort to be on time for our patients and ask that you extend the same courtesy. If you should need to cancel an appointment, please give our office 24 hours notice. This gives us the opportunity to provide another patient with this time.
We always reserve a limited amount of time each day to attend to an emergency. Please call as soon as possible if you need assistance.
In the event of a dental emergency Dr. Matz is available to patients 24 hours a day. Simply call the office at 397-8050 day or night to reach the doctor.
INSURANCE
We welcome dental insurance and our goal is to assist you in maximizing your dental coverage. We will also do what we can to help you understand your dental coverage, but the contract for this insurance is ultimately between you, your employer and the insurance company. We pledge to always recommend what is best for you regardless of the limitations of your insurance company.
Our office is proud to offer the quality of care we provide at reasonable cost. While dental insurance can provide some assistance in defraying your out of pocket expenses it rarely covers the full cost of care. We offer flexible payment arrangements for the remaining balance.
PAYMENT
Our patients' dental well being is our top concern and our payment plans were designed with this in mind. Payment plans are available, please discuss with the receptionist on your next visit. We also make paying for services affordable with the following options:
Option 1: Cash or check payment in full the day of service receives a 5% savings adjustment.
Option 2: Credit card payment in full the day of service receives a 3% savings adjustment.

10% Senior Courtesy Adjustment for individuals 65 years of age or older when paying in full on the day of service.
